AV output modDrive-belt replacement

Significant quality of life upgrades on this Sharp Twin Famicom (AN-500B): NESRGB board installed with a wireless mod, topped off with Jeff Chen's twin diamond accessory.

Parts & Tools (6)

NESRGB board (Twin Famicom variant)

Twin Famicom NESRGB variant from Mod in France, based on Tim Worthington (viletim)'s NESRGB design.

Replacement drive belt (built-in FDS)

Console5 Famicom Disk System replacement belt for the Twin Famicom's built-in FDS drive.

Magnetic head start-position adjustment

Head start-position adjustment guide (Error 22 / no initial disc signal). Needed after any drive-belt replacement, to re-set the head's home position.

Twin Famicom controller adapter (TwinDiamond)

TwinDiamond by Jeff Chen, the open-source adapter for the Twin Famicom's Expansion A port that takes NES/SNES controllers.

Krikzz EverDrive N8 Pro (72-pin NES flashcart)

Krikzz EverDrive N8 Pro (72-pin), run in the Twin Famicom's 60-pin slot through the cartridge adapter below.

72-to-60-pin cartridge adapter (NES cart into a Famicom slot)

A 72-to-60-pin converter so the 72-pin EverDrive N8 Pro seats in the Twin Famicom's 60-pin cartridge slot (the Console5 part used here is now discontinued). The adapter itself also has to be modified for the EverDrive to work. Without those mods, the EverDrive N8 menu boots as garbled graphics. 72 pin to 60 pin converter mods for the EverDrive N8 (video).

@jeffqchen thanks for publishing the twin diamond designs, they are awesome and make the twin famicom easier to use. Also, as usual, thanks to @nunofgs, for the 3d prints! #NES
