Victor TM-A100 Broadcast Monitor: Shipping Damage

🚨To CRT enthusiasts. This is what @SendicoOfficial considers protective packaging when shipping CRTs. Got a package on the 29th of November with 1 Ikegami and 1 JVC shattered due to insufficient protection, Sendico is ghosting me. 🧵below with all the details. #retrogaming #CRT

This is what they looked like when I purchased them. The previous pictures may lead you to believe the JVC bezel didn’t look so bad but it is structural and the tube was sitting against the PCBs because of that and it fell to pieces as soon as I unscrewed it to get inside.

@SendicoOfficial For the purpose of full disclosure and to give credit where it is due, here is a screenshot that shows that, in the end, Sendico did come through and make good on their word. The process wasn't entirely smooth but the outcome was positive. Thank you all.
