Reconfiguring this Ikegami for European mains voltage turned out to be a research project in its own right. The service manual doesn't make it obvious; the community came through. Also: these fuses are apparently sensitive to mechanical shock.

A Famicom that was self-fixing and self-breaking. The fuse measured fine one day and dead the next, and a replacement sorted it. It has since gained a composite mod board and new stickers.

A dead Mega-CD 2 that turned out to have a single blown fuse. Fuse replaced, region-free BIOS installed, and then fully recapped in a follow-up session. Also tidied up some interesting factory bodge cap placements along the way.
