Acquired alongside an Ikegami monitor; both had one hell of a rough ride in transit. Sadly this one fared a lot worse than the Ikegami.

This is what they looked like when I purchased them. The previous pictures may lead you to believe the JVC bezel didn’t look so bad but it is structural and the tube was sitting against the PCBs because of that and it fell to pieces as soon as I unscrewed it to get inside.
@SendicoOfficial For the purpose of full disclosure and to give credit where it is due, here is a screenshot that shows that, in the end, Sendico did come through and make good on their word. The process wasn't entirely smooth but the outcome was positive. Thank you all.
