My personal monitor. Skimped on maintenance for too long and ended up having to replace a fan and recap the mainboard.
1/3 Performed maintenance on my Asus PG27UQ which was desperately needed. It was overheating and the fans sounded miserable.
2/3 A lot of dust but up in the fans and very crusty thermal paste.
3/3 Replaced the fan closest to the G-Sync module, cleaned everything and applied some thermal grizzly. It works and no longer overheats. However, it still has issues with powering on. The prolonged use under non-ideal conditions might have affected the solder of the FPGA.
For whatever reason Asus decided to use all CapXon capacitors in their very overpriced monitors and that wasn't sitting right with me. So I replaced them all with a mix of Nichicon and Würth capacitors.
